 We will then create the healing journey especially for you, to suit you and your expansion.

• CHANNELLING -  A session/s with Jabeen Jafferji, channel of Archangel of Healing, Raphael, who will explain the highest priority for your healing and guide our therapists in the most important areas of focus to accelerate your empowerment. This gives a very deep perception of the underlying soul issues that are at the root of your current challenges and needs. Archangel Raphael may also offer healing transmissions to assist in clearing very specific issues that will accelerate your freedom from longstanding hidden glitches and impingements in your energy fields

• INTUITIVE MASSAGE & BODYWORK - To speed the clearing of the energetic shifts you will be making from your physical, mental and emotional bodies, generating release and ease in the central nervous system and somatically grounding the shifts you are making. Also available ritual anointing practices and flower essences blends

• SONIC HEALING - From voice to sacred instruments, sound is one of the fastest ways of clearing resistant energy and bringing in multi-dimensional frequencies

• PERSONALISED FLOWER ESSENCES & TINCTURES - To support the extraordinary shifts you can make on retreat, we offer consultations with alchemical specialist Charlotte Pulver, who will attune to the most helpful gifts from nature to assist your process

• ACUPUNCTURE - To ensure the balancing of your energetic systems to deeply integrate all the transformational healing that you will experience on retreat

• BREATHWORK - Various styles to meet the need to release and/or integrate the energetic upgrades and shifts

• WOMBSPACE HEALING - Cleansing and activating the sacred pelvic bowl to anchor your power into your root. Many women find this instrumental in letting go of negative relationship experiences and opening up to the magic of a healthy womb, blessing all that they be and do

• BODY WISDOM COACHING -  Particularly beneficial for those experiencing symptoms & illnesses connected to adrenal burnout, for empowerment, self care, deepening awareness of energy, inner guidance and building assertiveness in the world, all of which lead to better  health and wellbeing 

• BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL HEALING - Every shock, mental, emotional or physical, can leave its mark on the body.  Craniosacral  Therapy has the ability to resore its balance.  Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy takes a whole-person approach to  healing and the inter-connectedness of mind, body and spirit are deeply acknowledged. The underlying foundation of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a recognition of the breath of life.  The art of the therapist is to connect with these underlying forces of  health, facilitating a process of natural reorganization

• TRE (Trauma & Tension Release Exercises) This is a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma  

• DANCE, INTUITIVE MOVEMENT, YOGA & PILATES -  Our amazing practitioner has a background in Pilates, personal training and exercise to music, along with their own experience of a transformational personal healing journey. Sessions bring together the breath, the body, and your needs in the moment - to strengthen, find balance, and release! Informative and empowering when we can learn to unite our body, mind and spirit as one. We can arrange daily physical connection to suit your body, for grounding and opening to bring in the new frequencies that you are inviting

• ASTROLOGICAL CONSULTATIONS  - An opportunity to unlock the wisdom of your soul’s path and purpose through the unique blueprint of your astrological birth chart. Working with your particular configuration of archetypal and planetary alignments to bring greater meaning, clarity and depth of self-understanding that can be both liberating and transforming.  Astrology can open up your inner world of longings, desires, callings, visions and shadow complexes to bring you into a more conscious alignment with spirit, self and other. Sessions can happen on Zoom before your retreat or in personon retreat, copies of the birth chart will be provided. 

• MEDITATION - Connection practices for the sensitive ... explore and practice ways to deepen your communication style with Source, beyond the old school style of sitting and trying to avoid thinking, to support your ongoing integration and embodiment

• SPRING WATER REBIRTHING - Cleanse and renew in sacred ceremony in the White Springs of Avalon and Chalice Wells. We are blessed in Avalon with 2 gloriously gushing streams of sacred waters. Adding a visit to these can magnify your intent for the retreat and cleanse you of old patterns, renewing and rebirthing into your next steps

• EARTH HEALING - In clement weather, sessions can be taken out into the landscape, grounding and clearing through walking, healing and immersing in Gaia's everloving efficient ways to process energy

• SACRED CEREMONIAL PHOTOGRAPHY - If you'd like to incorporate a session of Sacred Photography into your retreat, to capture the new embodiment of your essence for private memories or to launch a new aspect of your work, we can arrange a delicious photo-shoot with renowned sacred photographer, Sally Berg. Sally specialises in creating  deep safety and support so you are able to feel relaxed, seen, heard and able to blossom naturally so she can capture your true essence  

• MAGICAL ART SESSIONS - If you have an interest in attuning to your inner world through the medium of art, you can add a session or more to your stay, working with  magical artist, Fleur Barnfather. Whether you are very experienced or not at all, Fleur can provide you with all the tools and canvasses to bring to life the energy shifts you are calling in or anchoring on retreat, taking these new frequencies home to your world to help manifest the changes you are calling in
